silver

My dad has been working on this restaurant SILVER for months.  It was a huge rush to get it completed in time for Sundance, and it was a success.  Tonight, he took our family up to Park City for an awesome meal!

Their bread they make fresh every day was delicious.  For an appetizer we had French toast.  Yes, it’s an option….not like the typical breakfast French toast, more like bread soaked in something amazing.  That’s all I can gather.

I had Pumpkin Risotto.  Blake had the duck.  Mom had the steak.

For dessert….GET THIS….Nutella Gelato, bread pudding doughnuts, and apple crisp.  They had Grape Jelly Gelato, but I wasn’t brave enough to try it.  The restaurant itself was so beautiful, silver inlayed in EVERY surface.  My favorite part?

The business cards and menus.  I loved this night out on the town with my loved ones.  The tiny town was still buzzing from Sundance.  The food was amazing and my dad did such a phenomenal job on the kitchen and other details.  Thank you Casey for an amazing meal!
